Spotify search

Women profiles looking for ‘sad songs’, ‘depressing songs’, ‘hikikomori’ playlists.

Getting better often starts with *feeling* better.
What you see, smell, touch, what you hear can make you feel better.

Yes, it’s a process. You’ve already started it. And we’ve got you.
We’ve got people waiting to help. We’ve even prepared a kit for you.
Tell us where to send it to and we’ll take care of the rest.
